Quick Quiz

Their/There/They're, Who's/Whose?

WHAT?

It's quiz time, that's what! I love to take online quizzes, don't you? Wait, you don't? Have you ever tried one?

This quiz will take no time at all, I promise. You'll get your score immediately, and it will never appear on any of your report cards. Big plus, huh?

Good Luck!

Back to Basics

Does your brain hurt? Have I been working you too hard?

HERE's a quiz from Grammar Blast on capitalization and punctuation. It's short and fun, and you score points. Use it to:

1. Find out where you need practice.
2. Be a show-off (if you didn't miss any questions).
3. Create a quiz of your own and test a classmate or your teacher. Ha! We ALL need practice.

Go for it.

THERE, THEIR, and THERE

The English language is full of words that can make you crazy.
For Example:
THERE - a place
THEIR - shows possession
THEY'RE - contraction for They are

Here's a fun quiz I found online that will help you practice.

Now try this. Write a sentence that contains all three.
Here's mine:
THERE are times when THEIR writing makes me believe THEY'RE in need of a little help.

Good Luck!
